libgeotranz3-dev software package provides GEOgraphic coordinates TRANslator (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgeotranz3-dev
libgeotranz3-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgeotranz3-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgeotranz3-dev *
You will get with libgeotranz3-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
